Halfords.com Scoops Two Hitwise Awards

Halfords, the UK’s leading retailer of bikes, car parts, accessories and camping equipment, has scooped two top awards for its website Halfords.com.

The retailer was ranked first and second in two categories of the prestigious Hitwise UK Online Performance Awards, based on market share of visits across all UK websites during 2010.

Halfords received the Hitwise Number 1 Award for Shopping and Classifieds in the Sport and Fitness industry section and a Number 2 Award for Shopping and Classifieds in the automotive industry section.
