Anglo American supports Japan earthquake and tsunami appeal with US$5 million donation
The Chief Executive of Anglo American, Cynthia Carroll, today announced a US$5 million donation to the Japanese Red Cross to assist with disaster relief following the recent earthquake and resulting tsunami in Japan.
Cynthia Carroll said: “At Anglo American, we have all been deeply shocked and saddened by the devastating events in Japan.
