West Yorkshire Public Relations Consultancy Grows Through SEO PR

A Silsden-based public relations consultancy has begun 2011 with a host of new account wins.

Founded in 2004 by former journalist Rob Wilkinson, PRomotion focuses on the media relations and SEO requirements of SME businesses and start-ups and has recently been appointed by the Raynaud’s and Scleroderma Association charity, Rugby League’s Northern Rail Cup competition and York-based Native Architects.

Rob commented: “The last two years have been a challenge given the economic conditions but I’ve seen a recent turnaround in interest in PR services especially when it comes to search engine optimisation activity which is fast becoming blurred with conventional media relations activity. I guess you could call it e-PR!”

“We don’t have the overheads of established PR agencies and can therefore adapt our activity to any available budget as well as engaging in ‘venture’ marketing communications for new businesses.”
