Riverside Infiniti Confirms, Infiniti Has Successful Sales In February 2011

March 7, 2011 – Riverside, Calif. – Riverside Infiniti is excited to confirm, Infiniti has reported U.S. sales of 9,144 units for the month of February, an increase of 29.9 percent versus 7,041 units a year earlier.  
The popular G Sedan performed especially well with sales of 4,044, an increase of 50.6 percent. While the Infiniti M line rose 44.2 percent and the Infiniti FX performance crossover also contributed to the brand’s growth, with a sales increase of 20.3 percent.
“These numbers help set Infiniti apart,” said Bernie Perri, Riverside Infiniti’s General Manager. “Infiniti continues to gain share with a line of automobiles that are designed and engineered to inspire drivers. We’re pleased these numbers show that as a brand, we’re doing just that.”
The Infiniti M Hybrid incorporates a 3.5-liter V6 engine with a 50-kW electric motor for a net horsepower rating of 360. Utilizing a conventional 7-speed automatic transmission, the brand’s first hybrid model is rated at 32 miles per gallon on the highway.
