New IT Asset Management Executive Joins Siwel Consulting

New York, N.Y.– Siwel Consulting, Inc., a leading IT solution provider located in New York City, has announced that Frank Venezia has joined their executive management team as Vice President. Frank will head up Siwel’s IT Asset Management practice.

Mr. Venezia comes to Siwel from IBM, where he spent the last 15 years as a software group manager and a client executive. He had primary responsibility for one of IBM’s largest enterprise customers on the east coast, and also managed relationships with many mid-market and smaller General Business clients. Through this experience Mr. Venezia developed an intimate knowledge of software and hardware contracts in both enterprise and middle market environments, which he will use to enhance and expand Siwel’s IT Asset Management offerings.

With an educational background in electrical engineering and his experience at IBM, Frank is able to thoroughly assess client business problems, and then take a direct, “hands-on” approach to development of cost-effective technology solutions that align with these business needs. He will demand technical and service excellence from his Siwel team, but never more than he demands from himself as he nurtures Siwel’s relationship with each IT Asset Management client.

Prior to his time at IBM, Frank spent 3 years as a Telecommunications Engineer and a Project Manager at Bellcore. He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, and earned his Master’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University in 1992.

When Frank isn’t providing asset management solutions, he is a busy husband, father, little league coach and dog lover. He lives on Long Island with his wife, daughter, son and two dogs.
