AT&T to Provide Innovative Voice Solutions for Tekni-Plex

Somerville, New Jersey, April 27, 2006, AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) today announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide local and long distance voice solutions to Tekni-Plex, Inc., a global manufacturer of packaging, packaging products, and tubing products primarily for the food, health care, and consumer industries. Initial deployment will include at least 10 Tekni-Plex locations in the United States. Specific contract details were not disclosed.

“Working with AT&T will provide us with the service and technical expertise needed to remain in touch with our multiple locations and customers,” said Mark Woolery, communications director for Tekni-Plex, Inc. “AT&T’s voice solutions will enable us to maintain seamless and reliable communication that will improve our overall coordination in creating and delivering our products.”

Utilizing both AT&T long distance and local services will provide significant savings for Tekni-Plex. Additionally, Tekni-Plex will enjoy AT&T’s service guarantees and the ease of working with a single vendor, should any technical issues arise.
