Voyages Jules Verne adds new itineraries to its popular worldwide brochure

Voyages Jules Verne, the innovative specialist tour operator, has revealed the latest edition of its ’World of Wonders’ brochure.

Offering a wide selection of tours across the globe for departures until April 2012, ’World of Wonders’’ itineraries range from short breaks in Europe’s cities, coast and countryside to escorted tours of Africa, the Middle East (including Jordan holidays, India, the Far East, South East Asia and the Americas.

Among the new itineraries for 2011 is a seven night walking holiday in Nepal which will allow travellers to take in the landscapes of Nepal on foot, at a relaxing pace and alongside expert guides. Stopovers include Nagarkot, Pokhara and Kathmandu, where groups will pay a visit to the Rum Doodle Bar, the famous haunt of Everest summiteers.

The latest brochure also offers the chance to experience the most famous trek in South America - the Inca Trail. The ten-night trip will feature incredible vistas as travellers ascend to the unforgettable ancient site of Machu Picchu. As well as three nights on the Inca Trail and one at Machu Picchu, this itinerary also includes sightseeing time in the cities of Lima and Cuzco.

Also new for 2011 is an eighteen night ‘China Revealed’ arrangement, expanding on the collection of China tours to offer an exciting tour that appeals to both return visitors and first-time travellers to the country.

Voyages Jules Verne has also introduced two new brochure features to assist clients in making their 2011 travel choices. ’World of Wonders’ now includes details of the walking content involved in each tour. Graded from 1 (relaxed walking) to 4 (strenuous - for seasoned walkers), the ratings are based on an overall assessment of the tour in question. To help further inform its clients’ decisions, Voyages Jules Verne has also clearly noted in its itinerary descriptions where, on occasion, overland journey times exceed three hours (with comfort breaks), such as India tours.
