Gulfstream Hardscape to Open Complete New Company: Gulfstream Garages

Paul and Eraina Engel of Gulfstream Hardscape are announcing the opening of its newest construction service company, Gulfstream Garage, LLC, with its unique slogan “Making Garages Great”.

Having specialized in the hardscape industry for over 15 years, installing paver’s, natural stone, synthetic pavers, water permeable pavers and all stone veneers on driveways, patios and pool decks, outdoor kitchens and backyard additions, Paul and Eraina Engel have expanded Gulfstream Hardscape with the addition of “Gulfstream Garages”.

The primary focus of Gulfstream Garages is to take new/existing garages, commercial or industrial spaces and transform them with a very high quality, two-part 100% Epoxy flooring system resulting in a new showroom appearance.

With finishes available in a multitude of base colors, and clear-coats that can be enhanced through a variety of color flake additives, these floors take on the lookalike appearance of terrazzo and will make a garage, commercial or industrial space look like a dealerships showroom floor, or car collector’s showplace, with warranties up to a lifetime.

When asked why now? Why In today’s economy? Paul explained: ”Gulfstream Hardscapes needed and wanted to expand on our own ’niche’ business, and the easiest way is to include added value items connected somehow to our list of current existing services, and to our list of existing commercial and builder clientèle and also new homeowner opportunities.”

It was thought that as long as the improvement fell into a certain budget number, where most people could decide without any financing or loans, that these services would be perfect. With shrinking new and custom home sales, the average person tightening their belts, the Engels needed to make sure that this was not going to be a “Huge” capital expenditure for any client.

It was time to expand their company already installing pool decks, patios, roadways and driveways to include upgrading the appearance of plain or worn concrete garage surfaces. They started offering the floors as a package deal with its high end builders.
After installing many such floors, their clients said: – ”wow our floors look so great, what about all my tools, junk, extra clothes and lawn gear?” – So Gulfstream began by designing and manufacturing a few lines and grades of high quality Garage Storage Solutions. Most are designed to hold at least 500 pounds, and hang on steel brackets mounted on the wall studs allowing the cabinets to hang above the floor, keeping everything from tools, clothing, lawn & pool equipment stored in such a way where everything has a place, and still leaving room to park cars, bicycles and toys.

In some case they can really dress a garage out by install diamond plate accessories such as wall and corner trim, tire stops to keep cars in their proper location, even motorcycle holders that will turn, enabling customers to just pull out or move the bike out of the way. The ideas are limitless, and the completed look will raise the value of any home or company. Anyone can now have a “Man Cave or Woman’s Play Room”. ”When we saw the effect it had on our business, we decided to separate the two businesses and open ’Gulfstream Garages’.
