Cincinnati, Ohio, Feb 3, 2011 — Cincinnati Ohio Home Buyers on the West side of town can now view homes for sale from a single source that presents Westside homes only.

Up to now buyers have had to sift through the entire MLS system to find homes. Most homes listed don’t meet buyer criteria because of the geography. Plus every website categorizes homes differently making it sometimes difficult to find homes.

Exit’s new property feed takes all the keystrokes out. Users simply view only Cincinnati Ohio homes for sale on the west side of town.

Greg Unthank, Partner and Realtor at Exit Realty explains that consumers really like it. “Many sites are set up to trap people into speaking with a salesperson,” says Unthank. “This webfeed simply presents raw information to a specific group of interested buyers who don’t want to be pestered by pushy sales people. They can look at homes they want to see quickly with no pressure.” Unthank also says that he placed the new feed on Facebook so that fans of the service could easily return again and again as they wish to view homes.

Unthank’s property feed pools homes from all real estate companies. Once on Cincinnati Ohio Homes for Sale, buyers can also make adjustments to search criteria if they choose.
