Midsize High-Tech Manufacturer to Manage Business on Industry Solution with Experience Built in

SPOKANE, Wash. - April 24, 2006 - SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), today announced that Purcell Systems, a privately held maker of outdoor power cabinets, enclosures and plant equipment systems, has selected CLEAR Vision from Systech Integrators, Inc. as its business management solution. A mySAP™ All-in-One solution incorporating industry best practices from SAP, Systech CLEAR Vision for High Tech will enable Purcell to quickly deploy proven business process management capabilities. The selection comes mere weeks after the introduction of SAP’s new midmarket sales model, which aligns the resources of SAP’s direct and partner sales and solution teams to provide customers with dedicated, hands-on focus and expertise through the channels they prefer.

Approximately 75 employees will use the CLEAR Vision solution for high-tech manufacturing from Systech to manage manufacturing industry processes, achieve an integrated view of customer information and leverage the software’s capabilities for multichannel sales and enhanced supply chain visibility. A provider to the cable, wireless, portable communication system (PCS)/cellular, utility communications and wireline industries, Purcell selected the solution as an integrated business management system that can be augmented and reconfigured over time to meet changing business needs. To support this period of expansive growth, Purcell chose the vendor with a complete and thorough understanding of its business, proven technology and record of successful implementations that met similar timeline requirements.

“As a dynamic young company in a demanding industry, Purcell required a system that would meet the challenges of our rapid growth and global expansion,” said John Hengesh, CFO, Purcell Systems. “We interviewed numerous suppliers. SAP and Systech demonstrated unwavering joint commitment in providing Purcell with a proven technology and world class service. Their experience and flexibility placed them well ahead of the other ERP system suppliers. SAP and Systech were definitely the best choice for Purcell’s system of today and the future.”

“We are committed to serving the needs of small and midsized companies with our pre-packaged solutions,” said Gary Gauba, co-CEO, Systech Integrators. “Our partnership with SAP enables us to deliver a turnkey solution, priced for the midmarket, creating a rapid time to value for the customer.”

“Our partners’ mySAP All-in-One solutions incorporate best practices for managing industry business processes and allow our customers to focus on the competitive differentiators that give them an edge in the marketplace,” said Rodney Seligmann, chief operating officer, Territory Sales Organization, SAP America, Inc. “Together with Systech, we are pleased to add Purcell Systems to our growing list of midsize customers and to demonstrate the effectiveness of our joint engagement model with our partners to serve the unique needs of midsize enterprises.”
