Network Delivers Industry-Leading Quality and Efficient High-Definition Advertising, Broadcast, Event and Sports Media Solutions

Tulsa, Okla., April 24, 2006 _ Vyvx, the market leader in gathering and distributing broadcast-quality media content for advertising, media and entertainment industries, today announced it has expanded geographic reach of its High-Definition (HD) network and made significant advances to the network that enable unique HD customer solutions. Vyvx continues to upgrade distribution capabilities for many Vyvx locations to enable delivery of HD content and increase the number of locations to which Vyvx can deliver content. These improvements increase efficiency, video quality and business performance for customers distributing HD advertising, media and entertainment content.

“We are committed to meeting the needs of our existing and future customers,” said Derek Smith, senior vice president of Vyvx. “We continue to expand and upgrade our network so the solutions we provide our customers exceed their demands today and can help them transition into the future.”

HD Broadcast, Sports and Event Solutions
The Vyvx Occasional 270 network which provides HD transmission of key sporting and entertainment events, like the Super Bowl, Academy Awards® and the NCAA basketball championship tournament, has expanded to 35 cities, a fourfold increase over 2005.

In addition to its direct connections to 100 sports venues, with plans to add 14 new venues in 2006, the Occasional 270 network also reaches a large number of networks, broadcasters, studios, production houses and other locations with HD broadcast and distribution needs. Because the Occasional 270 network supports both HD and uncompressed standard definition content and media distribution, Vyvx customers can achieve increased efficiencies as content continues to migrate to HD. Vyvx also plans to integrate and expand its existing teleport infrastructure into the Occasional 270 network, allowing HD uplinks, downlinks, turnarounds and hybrid services, enabling customers to seamlessly deliver content across multiple platforms through one supplier.

HD Advertising Solutions
Vyvx continues to address the HD needs of advertising agencies, advertisers, production houses, studios and direct response marketers with an aggressive rollout of new and expanded services. The inVSM service suite from Vyvx provides electronic long form distribution capabilities to direct response advertisers like North Country Media Group, who recently began utilizing Vyvx’s electronic delivery platform.

Vyvx continues to expand its electronic footprint with agreements with customers such as Forbes Broadcast Services, which recently expanded capabilities internationally into Canada. Plans are underway to further expand both the domestic and international network footprint in 2006 by strategically deploying HD capable equipment in key network and broadcast locations.
