Synovate voted most transparent market research agency, one of the best overall in India

NEW DELHI — According to the recently released 4Ps B&M rankings of market research firms in India, Synovate has been honoured with the top spot in transparency of its research practices among all large market research players in India. The magazine’s overall rankings also placed Synovate as one of the top three best market research firms.

The survey was conducted in two phases among clients, industry barons and market research professionals. In the first stage, a focused survey was conducted among 150 key client stakeholders, industry experts and peers to generate a list of 70 market research companies. In stage two, the list was trimmed to 39 full service market research players with a national bandwidth and expansive solutions. These companies were evaluated on a slew of parameters, namely credibility, cost effectiveness, transparency, quality of analysis and report generation, network and reach, market research tools and techniques, favouritism, impact and associations.

The findings of the survey are significant as no perception ranking has been done before among research stakeholders India to gauge the performance of market research companies there.
