Rejlers acquire all shares in APAS

Rejlers has acquired the remaining 35 percent shares in the Norwegian company APAS Energiteknikk AS from the company’s founder Arne Palm. Arne Palm will continue to work with APAS as a consultant. Henrik Erichsen will be appointed new president.

The company was founded in 1988 and is active in areas such as monitoring and analyzing energy application in buildings and administrative management of the oil boiler installations for customers such as Statoil.

Energy and Environment is a strategic focus area for Rejlers. APAS Energiteknikk skills and systems in the energy sector is an important part in the development of this area. Through the company’s web analysis tool, 3RWEB, the user can monitor energy consumption, CO2 - emissions and waste management in buildings and properties. On this basis, the benefit from taken measures can be controlled.

The company’s estimated turnover for 2010 is approximately 10 MNOK. Through this acquisition and a former in December 2010 Rejlers owns all the shares of the Company. As a consequence of the acquisition, Rejlers’ initial holding of 15 percent will be written down in the financial statements by approximately 1 million.
