Mother of Three Creates Unique, Natural Weight Loss Program That Actually Works

Mother of three, Pattie Pilling helps others from feeling fat and tired to being fit and healthy through her unique natural weight loss program.

In January, 2010 Pattie was sick and tired of always feeling fat and tired. She knew she needed to do something about it and took the situation into her own hands.
She didn’t want to do into a typical weight loss facility to lose weight. She found The Soulstice Centre was having a local Biggest Loser Competition. This was right up her alley.
After the 12 week competition, Pattie lost 44 lbs, for a total of 65 lbs in the past year.

People are looking for increased stamina, increase self confidence, increased positive outlook on life.
Until excess weight is lost a person never knows how great they can feel.

Pattie knows this feeling. She totally transformed her life. She never realized how losing weight could change her entire life.

As well as being a Registered Nurse she is now a Certified Health Coach who runs marathons and triathlons. People all the time came to her for help, not because she was a health coach but because of her newly found energy and enthusiasm for life during and after the weight loss. They all want what she has.

She now runs her own international health business including 1:1 private health coaching and group programs for who want to lose that extra weight.
Pattie’s mission is: “To help America get into their skinny jeans, one leg at a time".

She wants to help as many people as possible get into their skinny jeans.

Pattie has created the newest version of The Biggest Loser.
Pattie knew what a great start and motivator the local Biggest Loser Competition was.
