Elite Enhances Flexibility in Newly Released Enterprise 3.9 and WebView 5.4

Los Angeles, – Enterprise Version 3.9 and WebView Version 5.4 are now available from Elite, part of Thomson Reuters, and feature enhancements designed to help legal and professional services firms increase usability and streamline their financial and practice management processes.

Within the financial management modules, firms have more flexibility with larger capacity for user-defined field values, voucher ID and voucher invoice numbers to select from, as well as the ability to drill down into billing detail data via general ledger (GL) inquiry screens. For increased efficiency, Enterprise 3.9 features increased Global Modify functionality, which includes the ability to change rate codes and time and costs UDFs at the matter level.

Conflicts has been enhanced with the ability to apply client and matter criteria to filter Related Party search results for more accurate and comprehensive conflict checks. Firms can now customize Records home page views by user, and the Child Events form has been redesigned with the option to create reminders for more streamlined case management procedures.

Along with these Enterprise enhancements, Elite is unveiling new capabilities within WebView including more options to sort for frequent clients and specifying which client UDFs can be hidden and edited. The Enterprise Bill by Exact Amount/Proportional feature has been added to Proformas and users can now add a date range to Invoice History and set start periods on Timekeeper Statistic pages. The ability to search on Records folder, Insert and Document Narrative fields also has been improved. And, Time Entry now allows multiple sets of Time Entry Report criteria by users and features built-in warnings when unfinalized or unassigned time exists in other months of the calendar year.
