The Boracay Windsurfing Challenge Cup sees competitors coming from all over the Philippines as well as abroad to take part in the competition. Starting in the third week of January 2011, the event features a mixture of windsurfing disciplines including a speed event where contestants have to complete a distance in the shortest time possible.
