“As of last week, Terracina’s Site 98 on Rainribbon Road in Highlands Ranch’s Luxury Custom Home Community, BackCountry has been selected, which brings us to six sales in November alone,” says BackCountry Custom Collection sales director Anne Shirer, describing a flurry of sales activity in the metro Denver gated community. “The site takes perfect advantage of the surrounding natural beauty and will be an ideal setting for our newest owner’s breathtaking home. They’re very lucky to be working with such an amazing builder.”

The luxury community is adjacent to the 8,200-acre Backcountry Wilderness Area located just south of the intersection of Broadway and Wildcat Reserve Parkway and the BackCountry Custom Collection is priced from $1.2 million.

Terracina Custom Homes will break ground on the newly-purchased home in March and John Russo, the company’s owner, will be on-site overseeing the construction throughout the entire process. “His no-nonsense approach to working with home buyers immediately puts clients at ease,” adds Shirer. “The good news is, he can build on virtually all of our remaining available custom homesites as well.”

For years, Russo, has been building custom homes in the Metro Denver and prides himself on providing his buyers the quality and involvement it takes to create a timeless custom home. Terracina has built a reputation on its distinctive style and creative one-of-a-kind masterpieces.

In less than a month since the release of Phase III’s Houndstooth Court homesites, buyers have already reserved five of the original six, bolstering BackCountry Custom Collection’s best sales pace to date. Just one of the exceptional sites remains which backs to 467 acres of the South Rim private open space.

Shirer reports that the remaining Houndstooth Court walkout homesite is larger than a half-acre and located at the farthest west/southwest area within the BackCountry new home community.  The private 476-acre South Rim open space is directly to the south and a trail from Phase III -- which leads to a hard-surface pathway to the amenities -- runs along the South Rim’s edge, creating a scenic way to get to the BackCountry pool and Sundial House.

In addition to Terracina Custom Homes, buyers can work with an exclusive collection of the Front Range’s most-respected builders like Ades Design Builders, Advanced Building Concepts, Malibu Homes, and Wall Custom Homes.

BackCountry’s miles of wilderness trails in South Rim Trail System, the BackCountry outdoor pool and outdoor amphitheatre are among features drawing rave reviews from luxury buyers. The newly opened Sundial House – with panoramas from Downtown to Longs and Pikes Peaks, to the Backcountry Wilderness Area – is arguably the crown jewel of the Colorado gated community.
