Outcomes UK Reacts To Current Challenges With New Quality Assurance Division
Specialist recruitment and resourcing consultancy, Outcomes UK (OUK), has recently launched a new Quality Assurance division to address increasingly tough challenges in the Adult and Children’s Services market.
Bromsgrove-based Outcomes UK currently has a portfolio of clients including Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Third Sector and Private Providers across England, Scotland and Wales, to whom it provides a complementary portfolio of services to support the implementation of policy, modernisation and partnership agendas. Specialising in the Children’s Services and Adult Health and Social Care markets, the organisation provides clients with needs-led solutions to support change management, project management and interim management.
Outcomes UK believes this latest move will provide the necessary infrastructure to match customer needs and the growing demand for sustainable business solutions. The new Quality Assurance division forms part of a wider framework to continue to expand the client-base and grow the company over the coming years.
Director at Outcomes UK, Sarah Baker will take on responsibility for the new QA division. She explains: “In an increasingly demanding marketplace, the new Quality Assurance division will ensure Outcomes UK is better placed to manage the changing requirements of customers so that we can continue to develop and improve performance.
“With extra in-house resources we can guarantee high standards of practice throughout the service chain. Our new way of working ensures that every customer benefits from on-going measurement, monitoring and project management.”
Commenting on how the new Quality Assurance division will complement the culture of the organisation, Sarah Baker adds: “Our service is very much driven by a culture of quality, which is wholly embedded throughout the business. It is an ethos which creates added value in all that we do and is a common driver that ultimately results in consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.”
The launch of the new QA division coincides with the recent launching of Outcomes UK’s new website, which serves to better communicate the company’s services to its clients, http://www.outcomesuk.com. There is also refocused information on attracting new Associates to join Outcomes UK, offering a good mixture of assignments on an interim and permanent basis for executives, managers and practitioners. Additional visibility is being achieved for Outcomes UK through attending a string of events which serve to stimulate further business development.
