Salisbury Church Expecting Bumper Christmas Carols Evening

WEBWIRE

Salisbury City Church, the Newfrontiers church planted in Salisbury seven years ago, are set for a big celebration this Christmas with their biggest Sunday congregation ever.

On Sunday 19th December at 6pm Salisbury City Church will be hosting their annual Christmas Carols evening at South Wilts Grammar School.

The church was originally established when six families moved to the city in 2003. What was once a small group of 20 has now risen to a regular congregation of about 130, with new visitors every week. The church has a growing desire to serve the City of Salisbury by demonstrating the reality of their hope in Jesus lived out in real lives.

Simon comments “We’re excited about the growth we’ve seen this year and looking forward to our biggest Sunday ever for our Christmas carols evening. We expect over 200 people to join us as we celebrate Christmas.”

The Christmas Carol Service will start at 6.00pm at South Wilts Girls Grammar School. It will be a fun mixture of traditional carols, children’s nativity and festive refreshments.

Salisbury City Church regularly meets each Sunday at 10.30 at South Wilts Grammar School, Stratford Road. All are welcome.
