AT&T and Omnicom Form Global Strategic Relationship
Omnicom Signs Deal Valued over $57 Million with AT&T for Networking Services

AT&T (NYSE:T) today announced a global strategic relationship, including a new contract for its products and services worth at least $57 million, with Omnicom (OMC), a global leader in advertising and marketing communications. As part of this strategic relationship, the two companies are exploring the delivery and deployment of AT&T applications, mobility and cloud-based solutions on a global scale for Omnicom.

Under the agreement, AT&T will work with Omnicom to develop networking solutions that will connect Omnicom’s offices around the world and provide opportunities for swift adoption of new technologies over time. Omnicom intends for the solution to help drive near-term savings with short-term projects, as well as support long-term transformational change within Omnicom’s global business.
Specifically, Omnicom will explore the use of AT&T’s Managed Hosting and Application Services to help accelerate the delivery of packaged applications across Omnicom’s global network of operations. Additional AT&T networking solutions under consideration by Omnicom include AT&T Telepresence SolutionSM, Cloud Services and Unified Communications to support Omnicom’s ongoing mission to expand global collaboration while reducing its carbon footprint.
