The collection will be comprised of two designs: a 4,255 square-foot four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home with a second floor master suite, and; a 4,272 square foot main-floor-master design with three additional bedroom suites upstairs.
Each of the homes will include, a three car garage and some will include walkout lower levels, depending on individual home sites. The collection will be priced from $1 million but Paragon will be offering a smaller ranch style home on a limited basis from $950,000 as well.
Venerable describes the collection as Old World European with a French Country feel. ”Not only will these homes evoke a romantic charm, but, will live comfortably for both entertaining and family life. We designed these homes to capture natural light by using large windows, two-story spaces and outdoor living spaces” he adds.
