World’s First Multi-Player Word Search Game Gets Lit Up For Christmas

Lightwood Consultancy Ltd is proud to announce a new version of the popular iPhone/iPad game Word Search Party, re-designed for the holiday season and available to download for free throughout the festive period.

Word Search Xmas Party contains dozens of Christmas word puzzles and allows up to four players to play competitively using Apple’s Game Center.

Released only last month, Word Search Party was an immediate hit in the App Store, quickly becoming the number one word game in more than 20 countries. It’s received over than 70,000 downloads and nearly a quarter of a million games have already been played by users around the world!

By giving away the new Christmas-themed version of the game, Lightwood hopes to bring the game to the attention of even more users.

“A Christmas version of the game seemed like the perfect opportunity to introduce new iPhone owners to our game”, said Lightwood’s Chris Newman. “The app has been specially decorated for the holiday season, and it includes every word list from the Christmas category in Word Search Party. It even snows while you’re playing!”

The word lists currently available include “Nativity”, “Santa’s Reindeer”, “People Born on Christmas Day” and “Christmas Dinner”. There are also puzzles containing words from popular Christmas songs, movies and TV shows.

“Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without Only Fools and Horses”, said Newman. “So I made a word list for it!”.

New word lists are being added daily by users, through the Word Search Party app or www.wordsearchparty.com.

Word Search Xmas Party is available now from the iTunes App Store as a free download.
