Certificate IV Training & Assesment Classes for 2011 Now Available At Ballinger

Sunshine Coast, Queensland, November 16 - The Cert 4 or Certificate IV in Training & Assessment classes are now being offered for 2011 by Ballinger Training & Consultancy, a unique training organization on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Terri Carr, the principal of Ballinger Training, which can be found at www.ballinger.net.au says the TAE40110 Cert IV course is a versatile qualification meeting the needs of those wanting to deliver and assess accredited training. “These areas include vocational competetencies and Registered Training Organisations like TAFE or Ballinger Training and Consultancy”, says Terri.

However this qualification also meets the needs of those who have a role in training and assessing the performance of others in their current employment, or those aspiring to have this responsibility in a future role ie supervisors and team leaders.

Gaining the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) will mean that you have the competencies to design and develop training programs to meet a range of client needs, to deliver training, to facilitate learning - whether it is in a workplace or in a formal training environment, to provide workplace coaching or mentoring, to assess competence both formally and informally, and to provide feedback and promote peak performance in others.

How long does it take to complete the new TAE?

“Ballinger Training on the sunshine Coast is offering both night classes, and day classes for the TAE40110. Day classes run once a month, and involve 3 days of face to face training per week, over a 4 week period”, said Terri.

Night classes run over 9 weeks, for 2 nights per week.
There is also a component of take home, self-paced study.

What is the cost?

The TAE40110 Certificate IV Training and Assessment course cost is $1500 per person.
This includes a $300 administration/enrolment fee
