San Antonio, Texas April 13, 2006 … Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (NYSE: CCU) confirmed today that the Company will release first quarter 2006 financial results before the market open on Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at approximately 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time.



The Company will also host a teleconference to discuss results on May 3rd beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The conference call number for the teleconference is 866-719-0110 and the pass code is 8302224. Please call ten minutes in advance to ensure that you are connected prior to the presentation.
