Fuzzy Zoeller Christens “Champion’s Cottages” by Tribute Homes at Edgewater

Fuzzy Zoeller christened three newly completed homes at Edgewater before the first annual Fuzzy Zoeller and Friends Edgewater Golf Classic. Fuzzy told that audience of Tribute Homes employees that “these homes are obviously built with quality craftsmanship. You have created a series of homes that are perfect for seasonal and full time residents at Edgewater. At Edgewater Golf Club you can Play Like A Champion and in these cottages you can Live Like A Champion.”

Tribute Homes designed this new series of affordable cottages in celebration of the recent partnership alliance between Edgewater and Fuzzy Zoeller. As a Fuzzy Zoeller Lake and Golf Community, Edgewater has already gained regional recognition as a destination for extraordinary golf. During a recent visit to Edgewater, Fuzzy Zoeller played golf in the morning, enjoyed Carolina barbeque for lunch with his friends at Edgewater and fished in the afternoon. The three model homes are named after the Championships that Fuzzy Zoeller has achieved in his career: The PGA, The Masters, The Seniors. Fuzzy’s Champion’s Cottages feature two and three bedroom designs with large front porches, great rooms, gourmet kitchens and designer features such a hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings and granite counter tops. The homes are priced from $85,000 to $105,000 on cottage homesites and from $199,000 on waterfront lots with docks. A distinctive element of every Tribute Home is the fact that each home is Energy Star Certified and verified by Third Party inspections.
