Shropshire’s Lanyon Bowdler Highly Commended at Law Society Excellence Awards

Shropshire law firm Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors was once again recognised for its commitment to the environment at this year’s Law Society Excellence Awards, which were held recently in London.

The firm was awarded Highly Commended status as part of the Legal Sector Alliance Award for Excellence in Environmental Responsibility.

After collecting the certificate, managing partner David Battisby said: ’It is great to be recognised by our profession, the competition was tough and we were pitched against firms that fall within the top 50 in the country, to come away with this certificate is quite a triumph.’

The judges noted that ’Lanyon Bowdler’s environmental strategy is an excellent model for smaller firms, demonstrating significant impact without the resource of larger organisations.
