Online MRi launches new products and services with Philips and Guerbet
After the successful website launch in January and a busy time at the Online MRi stand at the UKRC 2010, the company is pleased to announce four new initiatives.
1. Following work with the Philips Online Learning Centre, Online MRi is supplying a digital version of Dr. Gary Liney’s very successful series on MRI usage for sale in the US, with the relevant accreditation. The module can also be purchased directly from the Online MRi website with UK accreditation. The Online MRi team has also developed a further 30 smaller format training modules for the Philips Online Learning Centre, which are currently being finalised.
2. In support of Guerbet’s commitment to education, Online MRi has supplied them a UK accredited training module with an extra chapter on “gadolinium” use within MRI. It is hoped this commitment gains the support it deserves and Online MRi is already working on new educational initiatives.
3. To create comment and to promote the cross fertilisation of ideas and training, Online MRi has launched an online forum for radiological specialists to swap ideas and information. If you are not yet a specialist or want to learn more, please feel free to join the forum.
4. This Autumn Online MRi will be hosting its first webinar/MRI workshop for all registered members of the forum.
Online MRi believes that continued training is important to the medical profession and will continue to develop new modules and training media for healthcare professionals’ the world over. New initiatives include training modules in CT and CTP for stroke and MRI training modules for heart specialists. The three core products on invasive breast cancer and ovarian cancer, both malignant and non malignant continue to be of use and are due for up date in 2011.
