Houston’s Pay-Less Siding Earns 10 Year Milestone With The BBB, After Becoming Preferred Installers For Simonton Windows

Pay-Less Siding owner Kevin Spriggs has worked faithfully on homes in Houston since July of 2000, quietly amassing a long list of satisfied siding and windows customers. After celebrating its 10th anniversary in July of this year, Pay-Less Siding now enjoys the honor of being accredited for 10 years by the BBB of Houston, Texas.

While Hardiplank Siding has been a mainstay for Pay-Less, the company keeps up with the latest innovations in home services and products, and Spriggs, along with Crew Chief Chuck Gall took training in 2010 and became Certified with Simonton as Preferred Installers.

According to Spriggs, “This is a very important distinction that benefits customers, and also Simonton, makers of the #1 selling window in the US. They want their windows installed properly because they give the strongest written warranty in the business, and so they want their windows installed by certified installers to cut down on repairs and complaints. So it’s an important program, and gives me the opportunity when I’m talking to people to give them insights on the everyday operations of their windows. I show them tips, and it helps customers get the most out of their new windows. If you hire a dealer who is also a Preferred Installer, it’s the best of both worlds, because you get the best product and the best installation in my humble opinion.”

In addition to windows, Pay Less is also very much on board with Hardiplank ColorPlus® technology, a product that has been very popular with customers who know well the rigors of the Texas sun and what it can do to their home’s siding.
