Lectrus Adds Experienced Plant Leadership in Houston and Chattanooga


Lectrus Corporation, the leading manufacturer of custom metal electrical enclosures, has hired new plant managers at two of its three locations: Kevin Gilmore for the Houston Operation and Bob Lowe at the Chattanooga Operation. “We are very fortunate to have found such talented manufacturing leaders to join the Lectrus team. Kevin and Bob bring the experience and wisdom necessary to take the performance of our operations to a whole new level,” Rob Deck, EVP of Operations stated. “The orders we have in house and the continued growth we anticipate are in very capable hands. We look forward to introducing our customers to them,” he added.

Bob Lowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tennessee and brings 30 years of experience to the company. Along with implementing lean manufacturing concepts and methods, Bob has experience in attaining ISO 9001 certification. Previously employers include Jacobs Engineering, Portola Packaging and EcoQuest International. His breadth of knowledge and past leadership roles will quickly prove a strong asset to our customers and the Chattanooga team.

Kevin Gilmore holds a Bachelor degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University. He has 26 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry with companies including: Schlumberger, AEG Photoconductor Corporation, NAVO Consulting LLC, Hydromoris LP, Hydril, and Terravici Drilling Solutions. He is a results-oriented manager with diverse manufacturing experience in the United States and Europe. His strong engineering and problem solving background has helped lead organizations during periods of high growth very similar to what the Houston Operation at Lectrus has experienced.
