HP Earns CRM Magazine’s Outsourcing Service

Leader Award For Sixth Consecutive Year

HP Only Company to Earn the Award Every Year Since Its Inception

HP continues to demonstrate its outsourcing leadership, earning another CRM magazine award in the Outsourcing category of the CRM 2010 Service Leader Awards. It is the sixth consecutive year that HP (previously as EDS) has won the award. HP is the only company to be named outsourcing services leader since the award’s inception six years ago.

CRM selected HP as the outsourcing leader based on its reputation for customer satisfaction, depth of services, and company direction. The magazine lauded HP’s ability to maintain its solid performance following EDS’ acquisition by HP, noting HP’s significant improvements in customer satisfaction– a score that rose from 3.8 in 2009 to 4.5 this year.

“With a solid performance in this year’s CRM Service Awards, HP has cemented the achievements made by EDS in previous editions,” said David Myron, editorial director of CRM magazine. “The company saw a dramatic rise in its rating for customer satisfaction and earned strong marks from the analyst community for its focus on the enterprise.“
