SGS acquires Yan Tai HuaJian Inspection Engineering Co., Ltd

SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of Yan Tai HuaJian Inspection Engineering Co., Ltd. (HJEL)

Based in Yantai, in the northeastern province of Shandong, HJEL is a leading, independent, professional, industrial testing business. Founded in 1994 and privately owned, HJEL’s core businesses includes non-destructive testing (NDT), material and chemical testing, and heat treatment for the power, shipping and petrochemical industries. The company has particular expertise in the testing of spherical and vertical tanks, steam turbines, generators, long-distant pipelines, civil nuclear facilities and shipping and ocean engineering.

HJEL operates in 19 provinces and employs more than 120 highly qualified staff.
