Clint Black, Julia Roberts and Congressman Steny Hoyer (D-MD) all have personal connections to this rare neurological disorder that robs young girls of their speech and hand use, and all have given their time to help accelerate treatments and a cure. The voting is down to the wire and every vote counts. Your vote is needed up until midnight tonight in a race to help this devastating autism spectrum disorder be reversed.

Help IRSF win $250K for crucial funding for Rett syndrome research in support of the Research to Reality Campaign chaired by Clint Black, who lost his niece to this disorder.. Rett syndrome, a neuro-developmental disorder primarily effecting girls, causes problems in the brain responsible for cognitive, sensory, emotional, motor & autonomic function. There are thousands of undiagnosed girls and women world-wide.
