ER’s project software solutions for lead professionals comes at a perfect time with the new lead regulations, known as the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule, set to soon to go into effect. The RRP rule requires contractors to store certification and testing documents for a 3 year minimum. The EPA has the authority to seek civil fines of $32,500 per offense and an additional criminal fine of $32,500 plus jail time for knowing and willful violation of the RRP requirements.
