Silverdale, WA—(August 2, 2010) – NeuBuilt Homes announced today, presale opportunities for their new planned community located in Silverdale, WA. The model home at Silverleaf will begin construction in September, 2010 and is scheduled for completion in December, 2010. An existing home on site will serve as the temporary sales office until the model is completed. There will be displays that show the project site plan, renderings of the homes, all of the floor plans, and samples of the finishes that will be installed in the homes.

There will be 2 product types available. Other units will offer front accessed garages with traditional driveways and ample sized decks in the back of the house for privacy. There is even a plan that has entry doors on both the front and the rear of the house. There will also be a park area with a large play toy for the neighborhood kids to enjoy.
