Natural Systems Distributes Revolutionary Waste Water Treatment System

WEBWIRE

Santa Barbara, CA - Natural Systems, a 15 year old company based in Santa Barbara, CA, is distributing a new waste water treatment system called Zero-D for treating and recycling vehicle and equipment wash down waste water that can completely eliminate the need for disposal and associated fees; allowing the reuse of the waste water within the facility.

CEO James Smallwood says, “Industrial, commercial, county, and marina facilities are now able to treat and reuse their wash down waste water instead of having to discharge it.” The Zero-D treatment and recycling system uses a proven and highly effective non-chemical electro-coagulation method eliminates heavy metals, oil and grease, TSS, COD, BOD, TDS, FOG, pesticides, nitrates, e.coli, and other contaminants.

The primary component of the system is a specially designed Electrocoagulation treatment chamber that uses electricity to “shock” the waste water, breaking molecular bonds that bind contaminants to the water molecule, separating the suspended solids from the water molecule; allowing easy filtration and producing clean water for reuse.

The operation of the Zero-D system is simple and effective and can cost as little as $0.25 cents per 1,000 gallons. Companies like , BART in San Francisco and Adesa Auto Auction have been using this method for years to treat and reuse their train and vehicle wash down waste water, saving thousands of dollars per year.

Other companies using these systems over the past 10 years include, Ahern Rental, Sear’s Distribution Center, Baker Oil Tools, Ritchie Brothers Equipment Auction, Kendall-Jackson Winery, and Michigan CAT. Zero-D can be used at bus washing facilities, airports, waste collection companies, car rental companies, postal delivery companies, tour bus and school bus facilities, farming operations and golf courses; anywhere you want to treat and reuse water.

Smallwood concludes, “Zero-D is reliable and effective system which replaces costly and labor intensive chemical treatment and will not only increase the net income for truck, train, bus, auto and equipment washing facilities, but will help commercial and industrial companies who wash their vehicles and equipment reduce their total operating cost.
