Channel partners name Lexmark Best Revenue Generator for third consecutive time

LEXINGTON, Ky. - 03/30/2006, Lexmark International Inc. (NYSE: LXK) was recently named Best Revenue Generator by channel partners at CMP Media’s XChange 2006 Conference in Atlanta, Ga., beating out competitors such as HP, Brother International, Ricoh and Konica Minolta.

Lexmark also won Best Revenue Generator at CMP’s 2005 XChange Tech Innovators Conference and its XChange ‘05 Conference.

The award was based on votes from more than 280 solution providers and value-added resellers in attendance at the conference.

Lexmark was specifically recognized for its Document Needs Assessment and Impressions programs, both of which provide ways for channel partners to increase their revenue and profitability and their customers’ productivity and bottom line. The Document Needs Assessment program gives Lexmark’s channel partners access to Lexmark’s customized solutions and process improvement applications. Impressions is a pay-per-page program that lets channel partners sell Lexmark printers on a copier-based purchasing model.
