Spill 911, Inc. announces Oil Spill Cleanup Products

(WESTFIELD, IN) — Spill 911 is excited to introduce our full line of oil spill cleanup products. Oil spill cleanup products provide a quick and efficient way to cleanup and help protect the environment from contamination. These products float on water to absorb oily spills. The oil cleanup products include pads, rolls, booms, pompoms, sweeps and socks.

Oil Absorbent Pads and Rolls quickly absorb oil for effective cleanup of petroleum-based spills on land or water. Pad sizes include a quantity of 50 - 30“W x 30”L or 100 - 15“W x 19”L per case. Roll sizes include 2 - 15“W x 150’L or 1 - 30”W x 150’L.

Oil Absorbent Booms float on the surface of the water while only absorbing oils and other hydrocarbons. Booms are available in 4-pack of 8“ Dia. x 10’L, 2-pack of 8” Dia. x 20’L, 4-pack of 5“ Dia. x 10’L, 2-pack of 5” Dia. x 20’L.

Oil Absorbent Sweeps attach to your sorbent boom to catch any oily sheen that lingers behind. A sturdy, nylon strap securely attaches the sweep to your sorbent boom for complete waterborne cleanup.

Oil Absorbent Pompoms float on the water’s surface to absorb oily spills and even surface sheen. Thousands of thin strands of polypropylene are joined together to create this high surface area sorbent. Heavy oils adhere to the pompoms, while water is repelled, so they won’t become weighed down and capacity won’t be wasted. Pompoms are available in a package of 30 individual poms or 30 poms on a 50’ rope.

Oil Absorbent Socks absorb petroleum-based liquids and not water. These polypropylene-filled socks take in more oil and can be left on the job longer. They also float for cleanup of waterborne hydrocarbons. Socks are available in package of 10 - 3“ Dia. x 12’L or a package of 10 - 3” Dia. x 4’L.
