Alcatel-Lucent to host live web press conference to announce latest innovation in optical transport technology

Paris, Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext and NYSE: ALU) will hold a live web press conference on Wednesday June 9, 2010 to announce its latest advances in optical transport technology which will help service providers overcome the capacity challenges presented by bandwidth intense services and applications.

The web conference will take place June 9, 2010 at 7AM PST/ 10AM EST / 4PM CET and will be hosted by Alberto Valsecchi, Vice President of Marketing and Sam Bucci, Vice President of Terrestrial Optics, both with Alcatel-Lucent’s Optical business.
