TestAmerica Generates New DoD Electronic Data Deliverable

TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. has developed the capability to generate AFCEE-validated electronic data deliverables (EDDs) with the newest ERPTools X.

ERPTools X, Version 5.0.7.0, is the most recently distributed software version of AFCEE’s Environmental Resource Program Information Management System (ERPIMS) data management and validation program. The software was developed to assist all Air Force contractors, including laboratories and prime contractors, in correctly preparing and delivering ERPIMS-specific data submissions for environmental projects at all Air Force bases. In addition to analytical test results, submitted data also includes geographical descriptions, site characteristics, and hydrogeological information related to these projects.

ERPTools X, a component of the latest Air Force ERPIMS 5.0 upgrade package, provides hundreds of rigorous validation checks on laboratory and related data. This significant upgrade primarily focuses on aligning the ERPIMS data management system with the DoD Quality Systems Manual (QSM).

As a DoD ELAP accredited laboratory network, TestAmerica continues to be a resource in providing official data deliverables that meet all of the requirements of the most current AFCEE data management system.
