Severe storms moved across Tennessee and caused flooding severe flooding throughout the state. Governor Phil Bredesen declared 52 of Tennessee’s 95 counties as disaster areas due to this flooding. Residents may be struggling with sewage back-ups and flooded basements and some neighborhoods have been evacuated.
