Lectrus Corporation, the leading manufacturer of custom metal electrical enclosures, has added four (4) experienced project managers to its talented staff and transferred one to its new plant in South Dakota. Project managers serve as the primary customer contact from acceptance of purchase order until the completed product is inspected, delivered and installed. Gavin D’Aguilar and Pat Morris joined the project management team at Lectrus’ Houston Operation and Frank Hutsell and Ross Marland just began their project management role at the Chattanooga plant. In addition, Chris Frame is relocating to Lectrus’ South Dakota plant from the Houston Operation.

According to former project managers and current engineering managers Brent Braden and Lynn Philips, “Project management is the single point of contact for the customer. Our project managers ensure a project runs smoothly, and both the customer and end user get exactly what they want. Project management is the ‘hub of the wheel’. They are the focal point for all information and activity coming in and out of Lectrus.”

Chris Frame served as project manager in Lectrus’ Houston Operation for three years. Prior to that, Chris spent four years with the Midwest Research Institute managing government projects. Chris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Trinity College and University, and will be a great addition to Lectrus’ South Dakota Operation.

Prior to joining Lectrus, Gavin D’Aguilar served DuPont as a project engineer for 14 years and a project manager with VL Project Services for two in the oil and gas industry. He spent six years at the DuPont Beaumont plant as an instrument and electrical engineer before moving to a corporate role as an engineering consultant. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and a master’s degree in International Affairs from Texas A&M.

Pat Morris joined Lectrus in 1995 and served roles in field service, paint and assembly positions before being promoted to Quality and Safety Manager in the Houston plant for three years. His extensive knowledge of the company’s products and customers make him ideal project manager. Pat is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree.

A new project manager at the Chattanooga Operation is Frank Hutsell. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from DeVry Institute of Atlanta and is a member of the Institute of Electric & Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Frank has a strong sales and engineering background and he has extensive experience in designing electrical and mechanical systems.

Ross Marland also recently started as project manager in Chattanooga. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Georgia and has a background in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Before joining Lectrus, Ross worked for three years with the Intelligent Switchgear Organization as a project manager and business manager. Prior to that assignment, Ross spent 10 years in the telecommunications industry working as a project manager and an engineering manager for power equipment applications.

Lectrus Corporation is the leading electrical systems integrator in the US. They engineer, fabricate and install equipment centers, operator centers, generator enclosures, sub-base fuel tanks and other custom metal enclosures that protect complex electrical power and control systems. Lectrus works in a wide variety of business sectors—oil and gas, power, industrial, institutional, just to name a few. The company maintains operations in Tennessee, Texas and South Dakota with facilities covering more than 50 acres and employing over 400 people.
