$99 Vacation Homes Selling on eBay

CheapHomeReport.com is reporting cheap Florida vacation homes have been selling on eBay, below $20,000. Technically making it possible to purchase a cheap vacation home for less than $99 monthly.

The calculation assumes a buyer qualifies for a prime interest rate on a fixed 30 year mortgage, and has a 20% down payment ($4,000). The estimated mortgage payment amount would not cover association dues, taxes, insurance, maintenance, and/or possible repairs.

According to James Massey, publisher of CheapHomeReport.com; “While there are some really low (vacation home) prices on eBay, better bargains might be found by the watching auctions, without buying anything.”
