Fujifilm Canada Joins Fujifilm North America Corporation

Fujifilm Continues Development of Strong Presence in North American Region

Valhalla, NY, April 1, 2010 – Fujifilm today announced that effective immediately FUJIFILM Canada Inc. has joined FUJIFILM North America Corporation as a subsidiary of the company. FUJIFILM North America was established on January 1, 2010; to merge FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. and FUJIFILM Graphic Systems U.S.A., Inc. The addition of the Canadian subsidiary will support Fujifilm’s objectives of building a stronger presence in the North American markets and in realizing greater collaboration among businesses.

“Globally Fujifilm announced last year that during 2010, the company would align its organization by region in Europe, North America, China and Asia,” said Ryutaro Hosoda, president and CEO, FUJIFILM North America Corporation. “This move will continue to position us more strongly to serve our customers in the North American region even more effectively and efficiently.” Hosoda also serves as president, FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation.
