New business system to unify the entire business group.

Stockholm, Sweden - March 22, 2006 - Intentia International AB (XSSE: INT B), a global provider of business systems, today announces a new agreement with Jula Postorder AB. The contract covers a new business system valued at SEK 10 million, of which the licensing value amounts to SEK 4.5 million.

Jula Postorder is active on the Do-it-Yourself market and on the market for professional craftsmen. Jula Postorder is a fast-growing company which currently owns 14 stores around Sweden, with another four planned to open later this year. With the implementation of Intentia Application Suite, the company will be able to connect all Jula stores to the head office and centralized warehouse in Skara.

The Intentia solution will optimize the company’s logistics process and offer a common business environment to support future growth. The implementation entails a fully integrated ERP backbone with a front office e-sales application, for customer ordering via the internet. The system will run on an IBM i-Series platform.

“Jula will get a single system for the management of its different business processes, securing a more efficient flow from purchase to sales. This contract is yet another proof of our strength within the retail market,” says Benny Persson, Intentia account manager.

“We are always trying to find cost-efficient solutions in the logistics chain from purchase to sales. With the Intentia solution we will have an advanced tool and new opportunities to make this happen,” says Karl-Johan Blank, vice CEO of Jula Postorder AB.
