Unsigned Artist Portal & Web Radio iSpinner Goes Live

Amsterdam, The Netherlands - Today, unsigned artist and web radio community iSpinner has launched its online portal. The service was created to promote unsigned artists and bands, while also enabling artists to connect with their fanbase. Unlike similar services, iSpinner does not charge artists to promote their music.

“We have launched iSpinner to help artists reaching out to their fans by allowing them to upload their music and art to our service. Besides that, iSpinner will also offer a free promotion service where artists can submit their media announcements, such as tour dates, new album releases and more to the iSpinner artist wire.”, Mr. Bose, the project developer said.

iSpinner allows artists and fans to create a free account. The service provides two different types of accounts, an artist account and a fan account. The services offered by iSpinner include, but are not limited to:

Artist Services
+ Upload mp3 files for fans to listen
+ Upload art such as cover art, artist pictures and / or band photos
+ Event calendar to promote tours, CD releases and similar alerts
+ Connect with fans by using private messages / guestbooks
+ Artist Blogs which can be updated at any time
+ Air time within the service’s radio station

Fan Services
+ Listening to mp3 files
+ Browsing artist art (covers, band pictures etc.)
+ Adding artists to their favorites / friend lists
+ Commenting on audio files / in the artists guestbook
+ Participating in the community forums
+ Sending / receiving private messages
+ Creating fan profiles

Besides offering a “Artist meets Fan” functionality, the service also employs a web radio station, featuring the latest music releases from unsigned artists. This radio service enables artists to get the word out about their releases and to reach out to their fans.

iSpinner has announced to launch a free promotion service to artists later this year. This service includes free press release distribution to the media, journalists and large news and online portals.
