In the last couple year the Mazda CX-7 has been a popular choice for many buyers in the crossover segment. The new 2010 Mazda has also introduced a new 2.5 liter four cylinder engine (standard), while the upgraded engine is a 2.3 liter turbocharged four cylinder engine. The standard engine is the same engine found in the Mazda3 and Mazda6, which are two of the best non-luxury cars on today’s market.
The fuel economy of the 2010 Mazda CX-7 is 20 mpg city and 28 mpg highway. The turbocharged engine gets you 18 mpg city and 25 mpg highway for the front wheel drive system. The all-wheel drive system gets 17 mpg city and 23 mpg highway.
