CAs CFO Bob Davis To Give Keynote At Treasury And Risk Management Conference

ISLANDIA, N.Y., March 13, 2006 – CA (NYSE: CA) today announced that its CFO Bob Davis will deliver a keynote address at the Treasury and Risk Management conference: A Vision for Tomorrow’s Treasurer. He will give the keynote Wednesday, March 15 at 8:35 a.m. ET at the Marriott Marquis in New York, N.Y.
In his address entitled “Rebuilding Financial Controls,” Davis will discuss the challenges faced when reorganizing and strengthening the finance department of one of the world’s largest information technology (IT) management software companies. Davis also will discuss elements that are important for financial success—governance and controls, finance excellence, and business partnerships.

In addition, Bill Burns, CA’s chief accounting officer will participate with executives from Adecco Employment Service, Inc., SourceNet Solutions, Inc., and Treasury Strategies, Inc. in the panel session “Financial Process Outsourcing: Dispelling the Myths” on Thursday, March 16 at 1:50 p.m. ET. The session will explore the values and best practices of accounts payable outsourcing.
