Vote now for the first ever Youth Olympic Games (YOG) medal!

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is giving you the opportunity to decide the design of the medal which will be awarded to the young athletes at the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games (YOG).

Participants from more than 34 countries and the five continents contributed to the online medal design competition held from 7 November to 4 December. The contribution phase is now over, and you can see the gallery of medals online!

The voting procedure will be open until 22 January 2010.

The 10 best medals as voted by the public will be presented to an IOC jury, who will then select the winning design.

The winning designer will have the opportunity to see first-hand the athletes presented with their medals in Singapore next summer, from 14 to 26 August 2010.
