JERICHO, NY, Oct. 29, 2009 – (SmallCapNewsRelease) – Alternative Fuel Technologies, Inc. (OTC:AFTC-NEWS) announced today its continued backing of dimethyl ether (DME) as a fuel source and Korea’s investment in a new DME plant in Saudi Arabia.

According to a Reuters article distributed on October 21st, 2009, South Korea’s state-run Gas Corporation, KOGAS will invest roughly 400 billion Won into the new DME processing facility capable of turning out 300,000 tonnes per annum.
