Grace Gray Joins PLANTECO Environmental Consultants, LLC as New Operations Manager

ATHENS, GA - October 7, 2009 -PLANTECO Environmental Consultants, LLC, the leader in innovative green engineered technology solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Grace Gray as Operations Manager working out of our corporate headquarters in Athens, Georgia.

Early in her career, Ms. Gray worked under the direction of PLANTECO founder and President, Dr. Valentine Nzengung, conducting research on the development of bioremediation and phytoremediation of perchlorate-contaminated soils and water. After receiving her B.A. in French from Washington and Lee University in 1995 and a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Georgia in 2000, Grace went on to receive her Master’s in Marine Science with a focus on coastal geology from the College of William & Mary in 2005.

Most recently, Ms Gray has been working in the physical oceanographic consulting business. She is particularly interested in drawing from her diverse scientific background to be a liaison between the scientific and lay communities. We look forward to expanding PLANTECO’s green technology capabilities to protect our marine environment by utilizing her knowledge of coastal and ocean processes.
